  2. Fill out the online abstract submission form. Please follow guidelines closely.

  3. All attendees are required to present a poster. Your application will not be considered if we do not receive your abstract before the application deadline.

  4. Attendees may opt to be considered for a 2 minute flash talk before the poster sessions. Up to 10 participants per poster sessions will be selected.

  5. Deadline for application is April 30th 2026

Wait for the selection process:

  1. The HIPP committee will evaluate each abstract and communicate their decisions by May 15th 2026

  2. For selected participants, guidelines will be provided via email regarding registration and fees.

  3. Participants needing an invitation letter for visa application can ask directly to hippsummerschool@gmail.com, and are encouraged to do so as soon as possible after selection. Please visit the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority Website for full guidelines

If you applied for one of our previous summer school, we ask that you follow these steps regardless and proceed with a new online registration and abstract submission.

We welcome contributions from across the full spectrum of the scientific and clinical community. Whether you are new to the field, generating primary data, developing enabling technologies, or identifying clinical needs, your perspective is vital to advancing the field of immunopeptidomics. Please select the Submission Track that best aligns with your current work and objectives:

  • Track 1: Future Research Directions (Early-Stage/New to Field)

Who: Students, researchers, or professionals transitioning into immunopeptidomics who have not yet generated primary data in this specific field.

Focus: Identify a biological question or a specific disease area you are currently working on (or plan to work on). Describe how you intend to apply immunopeptidomics to this problem and what impact you anticipate this will have on your research.

  • Track 2: Scientific Research

Who: Researchers currently conducting studies in immunopeptidomics or related fields.

Focus: Outline your hypothesis, methodology, key findings, and the significance of your results to the broader field.

  • Track 3: Technology & Therapeutic Innovation

Who: Developers, engineers, and industry professionals working on novel therapeutic modalities (e.g., cell therapies, vaccines, or multispecifics) seeking to integrate antigen discovery into their design.

Focus: Describe your technology platform or therapeutic approach and specify how the identification of novel antigens will help you design or refine next-generation modalities.

  • Track 4: Clinical Application & Translation

Who: Clinicians, medical specialists, and translational scientists focused on patient outcomes and unmet medical needs.

Focus: Identify a specific clinical gap or "pain point" in patient care and explain how deeper insights into the immunopeptidome could provide a solution or improve diagnostic/therapeutic pathways.

*Please do not include any charts, bibliographies or footnotes.

Abstract submission:
Deadline for submission is April 30th 2026

How will the abstracts be selected?

We will evaluate all submissions (abstracts and motivation letter) to ensure fairness, while promoting diversity and broad international representation across participant cohort. We will also reserve spots for new-comers to the field and ensure balanced selection from all 4 participant tracks. Within these over-arching rules of selection, we do not limit submissions from each lab.
